Happy turkey day, had ours Sunday, so this is for yall
My first go at making a panel from scratch, did salvage the side hinge though. Sorry I'm a noob and can't make roller dies on the lathe yet. Lots more Tig practice though

That looks good from here! Did you start with plain sheet metal or a roached hood?

Original hood was pretty much junk. I cut the side hinges off after far too much wasted time trying to bang them out and patch them up. I got them close enough to make a template and rolled new steel. Also modified the design for a 35 passenger center hinge
