Default out for a breathe of fresh air.

For the first time in a year my '39 pickup chassis is on wheels and on the driveway.Removed the jack stands as my wife came home, even she was impressed.Next up will be gas tank work, engine install and on and on(goes faster from here right?).Thanks to Ford Barn for all the info. I've learned and someday Ol' Bessie will be on the street.

Gary,

Looks real nice, like it just came off the factory floor. Sharp.

Looking good Gary! Dosen't that feel great to get a project to the point that you can see things going back together and looking so good. It is a special feeling for sure. Keep us post on future progress.

Gary, it's beautiful! Can't wait to see it it person. It's also amazing how close we are in the restorations of our '39 1/2 Tons!

Looks great. I'm very jealous. I just bought a 41 but the frame has been hacked about something rotten.

Your frame makes a nice reference for how they should look.
