Default Model A body manual

Has anyone written a body specific manual similar to Les Andrews mechanics book volume 1? My car has some questionable assembly on the doors and other areas in the body. It also appears door seals, bumpers, etc. May be missing.

MAFCA has for sale the Coupe Book which compiles articles from The Restorer magazine. It’s got info about all the coupes from 1928 to ‘31. They also sell one dedicated to the Tudor Sedan. Check with the office.

For Phaeton, roadster, and roadster pickup, there is "The Complete Model 'A' Ford Restoration Manual." Les Pearson.

Her also has a second revision that I'm going to assume has additional information along with the old info. Here is the summary of the book,

"The Complete Model 'A' Ford Restoration Manual". BY FAR THE BEST BOOK EVER WRITTEN ON MODEL 'A' FORD RESTORATION. A 435 page, A4, full color technical publication. This book includes all aspects of restoration with over 1000 color pictures, associated with all years of Model 'A' production. A new section at the rear of the book shows a lot more of the 1928/29 Model 'A' features, such as the Multiplate clutch, radiators,7 tooth steering, 'Closed' and 'Open' car woodwork examples, top irons, 'Early' braking. The book also covers, basic body work, media blasting, full engine reconditioning, shock absorber restoration, gearbox and diff restoration, body painting, aligning the body, clutch overhaul, purchasing upholstery kits, top bows, tops and side curtain installation, pin striping, all covered with pictures and text. There are many interesting sections throughout the book, some purely for beginners. The book is easy to follow with all pictures in full color. Included is a trouble shooting section, Canadian and USA engine and body numbering, plus lots more. The new addendum includes the following articles relating to 28-29 vehicles only. Generators and electrical. Engine - front and rear supports. Rims and tires. Steering box and wheels, horn rod, headlights and bulbs. Radiator, radiator shell, fan shroud. Taillights and stays. Running board. R/board valances & stays, fender stays, bumpers. Bodies - tops, 'open' and 'closed' woodwork. The Four Coupe's. Braking, Multiplate clutch, gear shifting. Fuel tank, cowl & cowl lacing. The complete book has now 435 pages of technical information with the new addendum at the rear for 28-29 owners to enjoy. Great for the beginner or the restorer. "
