Default Just How Addicted Are You To Fordbarn?

Which do you look at when you first turn on your computer, your emails or Fordbarn?

Personally, I scan the emails first which are mostly forwards from friends and then to the Fordbarn Site to check on the latest happenings. Then I go to eBay to some favorite sites. But to be totally truthful I spend more time on Fordbarn than any other place on the computer. I enjoy reading and sometimes responding to threads on other Fordbarn Forums than the Early V-8.

The only thing I watch on TV is the news and Judge Judy. Period.

A big thank you to Ryan. The Fordbarn is a lot of entertainment and education for me.

I look at The Ford Barn at least twice a day. I read most of the new posts on all the forums. I tend to lurk on the 54 and up forum, because I am working on my 69 Torino Fastback GT. I also read most of the Model A posts, as my daughter and son-in -law own a 28 Leatherback Sedan and a 29 Standard Coupe.

Bud, I've been participating on the FordBarn even before Shelly was running it! I have two computers on my desk, one for work and the other one almost exclusively for the FordBarn. I don't really do much on other Flathead related web sites and I haven't been on the HAMB in, I don't know how long...
I appreciate all the knowledge, and friends like you, that I’ve gained by taking part in the FordBarn. I look forward to perusing it every day, and hope I bring something of value to the party

SHADETREE ...............
FIRST .............. I check my e-mails, like you do.
SECOND ........... I check my Fordbarn.
THIRD ............. I check out the AACA site.
Then I check out a WWII German military site and some auction sites.
I do it twice a day, pretty regulary.
Good topic ....... New topics are harder to come by, all the time.
MIKE

Depends what's going on.

Lately - Ebay Selling some music gear I no longer need (way too much stuff) and buying car parts.

http://www.vanderbilly.com/ - a guitar forum, tech, and instruction site

CL - Always looking for a "deal"

Here, and the Early Ford V8 Club - to share tech (mostly asking at this point, I'm more of a late 60s and newer guy)

Here for the "modern car".

http://forum.grantorinosport.org/197...ry_forum4.html

Here, just for fun...

I look in on FordBarn nearly every day. Not necessarily first every time, but it's up there on the list. I manage a few web forums myself so I have to look in on them first lots of times to make sure things are sailing smooth.

I usually check the Fordbarn, Early V8 only a couple of times a day now that I have Apatchy road worthy. Getting to old to do a lot, but I am trying to stay active. Getting old is not good for Fordbarners. Hard as heck to crawl under one now days, but I have to adjust the brakes within the next few days. I hope Georgia wins today. Go Dawgs.
Woof Woof.

Vic,
I'll never forget my first gathering at Ocala where I first met you, all of the guys and Shelly. Everyone made my son and I feel welcome even though we were total strangers with the exception of Mike Burch.

There were lots of rat rods at the show. I had never seen so many. One had at least a size 50 bra hanging on the mirror, but the more tacky the better I guess.

Not to worry Vic, you have been a great asset to both Fordbarn sites.

Bud

I like to read what each of you have to say about your flatheads. I enjoy them very much.I like this site and read it twice a day. Morning and night before bed. I am now learning about the 40 Ford.

My power went out this morning for a half hour and I got the shakes…...

I spend all day at the computer so I probably check it 4 or 5 times a day. HAMB about half that. Depends on what is going on too. If I have a question up, or am looking for a part I am on more. If I am actually working on the car,,,then it is less.
