Default Original Rumble Seat Deck Door.......

Did all original Rumble Seat Deck Doors (those Deck Doors or Deck Lids used with the Rumble Seat set-up) come with the brackets/hinges already attached to the upper left and right corners, of the doors themselves, if one prefered to change the rumble seat compartment out for a trunk compartment at any time during the owner of such a vehicle (coupe or roadster) wished to do?

I know Ford offered two types of Deck Doors, A-41440, for the trunk set up and, A-52435, for the rumble seat set-up (as far as this regard goes) BUT, were the brackets always there?

Thanks.

Pluck
