IIRC the "Tucker" automobile had a third, center mounted, headlight. Don't know if it moved as I only saw one of the cars and that at a distance. It's certainly a novel idea.

The "third eye" headlight(s) that turned with the wheels were used mostly by the more expensive cars in the '20's and '30's, like Packard, Duesenberg, Cadillac and Lincoln. It was more of a novelty in the Tucker, but it was connected to the steering linkage. I've seen them in '50 Fords as headlights or fog lights.
