Default 56 hood hinge confusion

So about to put the hood hinges back on and have a snag. The hinges have 4 5/16x24 studs on them. Thing is when I packaged the nuts and bolts there are only 3 per side. I know there are two that go on the outside but not sure about the interior side. I took photos of this when I removed them but cannot find them now. Anyone know why there are two nuts and washers short? I would not have not included them in the baggie if they were there. So confused. Thanks

The answer is, yes there are 4 nuts and flatwashers with teeth on the backside for each hinge. The two in front are installed at the firewall from inside the engine compartment. The two back ones are accessed from inside the car.
If you've lost some, the nuts are available at any hardware store. The special washers may not be available from repro suppliers, but you could substitute using a flatwasher and a star-washer.
If you want to keep it original looking, hide the oddballs under the dashboard when installing the hinges.
