Have you tried eBay? They had mine there in the original Buckskin color.

Take one apart and paint it. I have done all of the 55 Crown Vic colors that were available except the dark blue and white, and the tan and white, and I plan on doing them over winter months. Time consuming, but still fun.

This is the 1955 Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria model by Yat-Ming. These models are not expensive, so as mentioned, you could repaint it to match your car. If you don't want the Glass Top, you could paint this over to resemble your car. It is a little crude compared with todays models, as it was made many years ago, but it is still a nice addition to a model car collection. I believe that it is the only one of this model available. |

The less common are, light green and white, light blue and white, yellow and black, red and black, and light green and dark green. The most common are of course, pink and white, black and white, and purple and white. I always use the pink and white for my repaints, they are everywhere, and the cheapest. (usually anyway) To do the black and white car correctly you need a parts car, or a cheapie to get the correct green top. I had thought about doing some without the spare tire kit, but don't know if I want to get that involved at my age. Plus, I have other diecasts in process that I am working on, plus several potential ones. |
