Librandi's chrome plating
I need to get a bumper chromed and see that Librandi's is close to me. Has anyone used them? Comments? Thanks.

Re: Librandi's chrome plating
Yes, they do nice work. A friend used them for a Duesenberg J radiator shell and he was very pleased. I’ve seen it and it’s nice. I’d use them. Hope this helps

Re: Librandi's chrome plating
I used them, did good work, but he chromed a piece that I wanted gold plated. He charged me $250 to chrome plate the part and then charged another $250 to gold plate it. Not my error, but I sure paid for it. Good work, but would not go back there again.

Re: Librandi's chrome plating
Make sure that you get a firm price on replating before giving them parts. Charged me $2000 to plate a 33 grille. Plating was mediocre at best.
