Default Wire wheel truing

The Budd wheels on my new, to me, '33 Continental Flyer are wobbly. Actually, one is true, two are marginal and two are wobbly.

Who can straighten these for me? Makes no sense to put new tires on wobbly wheels.

There are several companies that specialize in wire wheel restoration. Dayton and New England come to mind. If they are screw thread nipple type spokes, someone probably even makes or can make new spokes for them. If they are in good condition and the rims aren't bent they may be able to just true them back up for you.
