Default a little toot

We're due for some weather, so I made sure to go for a little toot in both Amos and Clem today. Looked at Shade's pix of traveling on backroads and it makes me almost homesick for upstate NY....key word here is almost I guess. Thanksfully both trucks run cool...in the hottest weater here in Florida I can drive Amos (the '34) all over in 95 degree heat and he just purrs along at 180 or less. Over 95, and slightly cramped in the cab though. We're sure all blessed to be able to enjoy this old iron though. Have a grand weekend folks.....mrmoose

Mr Moose,
Refreshing to see Amos back on the road. I thought I read in a recent post that you had sold Clem...obviously I'm mistaken. Any more ducklings come into the garage to visit and cool off on the concrete floor?

Your memory is very good. The ducklings, bless their little hearts, have all been eaten by coyotes.....as well as some local kitties and smalllish dogs. It is as weird as can be....we are in St. Peterburg Florida, and the coyotes are eating all the small inncocent critters. A neighbor sent us a picture of one down on the corner, and when Mrs Moose returns I will press her to expose the location of the photo and post it here soon. Thank you for remembering a goofy earlier post!
