Never that I have found. Also no 1929 Tudior was made in die cast that I've ever found. I finally had to settle for a plastic kit for my 29 Tudor, and they are fairly hard to find, but do show up on ebay.

Maybe you were thinking of this one? It is a large plastic model 1/16th scale.

They also had this one.

Pictures were taken in Hershey a few years ago, I still see them around the fields there.

what models in my childhood?
i dont remember car models in mine
there were boats and planes, ranging from .75 to $1.25
basically a block of wood you had to carve or balsa wood and paper
it took a long time to get that kind of money, turning in old coke bottles for .03 each or checking out pay phones for change left in the chute
my allowance was .15 a week and I liked to go to the movies and that was .09 and i had .06 to buy a candy bar with a penny left over
it really screwed me over when they raised the admission to .11 now i only had .04 left over,so more scrounging for that penny

I have that '30 Cabriolet kit waiting for me to assemble it. I have had it for probably 30 years and just realized seeing your picture, that it is actually a '31 68C. When I build it I will have to change the grille.

One thing most models don't get quite right is the wheels. The spokes and the tires aren't usually small enough...

I built this kit about 10 years ago. This is the old Monogram 1/24 scale 1930 Ford Model A kit that was originally realeased in the 1970s. It was re-released about 10 years ago. I bought two of them and built one in anticipation of purchasing a real one. I bought a 1937 DeLuxe Fordor instead. I will eventually get a Model A some day--1930 DeLuxe Coupe w/trunk or 1930 DeLuxe Fordor.
