Default 1930-31 Coupe Visor & Top instalation

I was asked to install a freshly painted visor on a freshly painted Coupe. No top material, just fresh wood. It will go out for the new top, just wondering if the chicken wire and padding and top material go on first or does the visor get nailed in place and the materials all get installed around the visor? Thanks! Bob

Well, I don't know the answer to your question but I just took mine apart to replace rotted wood and a leaking top and I took the top off first, then the visor and then the wood. I plan to put it back on in the reverse order. Wood, visor, top.
