Default rear spring u-bolt

Good evening. Threat on the u-bolts to hold rear-spring are gone. To put in new u-bolts, do i have to lift the body? Or any trick, how to get the u-bolt off the member? Thank you in advance.

I changed mine and did not lift the body.
I removed rear seat and took metal cover off under seat
Which was tacked in my small nails. I have a 4 door town sedan.
