For a second there, in the first photo I thought you finally came around to whitewalls but then I noticed it was just a glare....... Lucy looks great ....anyway!!!

Re: Fords in the Fall
I know I did not get permission from by Mitch to use his photo , but I thought this conversion to B&W would make it look like it was taken in Fall 1930

Re: Fords in the Fall
Great looking cars.
Mlp623, if you are waiting to get a pinstripe, Jim Brand can't be too far from you. |

Re: Fords in the Fall
HA! Jim did pinstripe it - it is french grey on Dawn Grey. We did try Straw - which shows up better, but thought the grey was nice. See pic...

We had a club tour in VA yesterday. I will see if any shots have the appropriate background.

Re: Fords in the Fall
Thanks. It is Dawn Grey and Dawn Grey light. 1928 colors, but reversed. Wouldn't pass for fine point but does great for driving around in the fall. Notice how pale it looks in the full sun in one picture - that is not a good representation of the color. The other "darker" more saturated colors are more representative.

Re: Fords in the Fall
Now that I looked closer I can faintly see the pinstripe in your first picture. Those sure are beautiful colors, and I hope I can see it in person some day.
