Default Ford branded spark plugs from Champion.

Hi,
I was pawing through an "antique" store today, when I stumbled across a box of NOS assorted spark plugs. In the box were a few 3X plugs that might have been used, but they were pretty decent looking, but also near the box on the shelf were assorted plugs, all appeared to be used. I saw this Champion Plug with the Ford name on it. Apparently Ford commissioned private labeled plugs from Champion. Would these be 3X plugs? Or are they T plugs? There was nothing on them except the Champion and Ford name, as you can see it is not in Ford Script.

i cannot tell from the photograph but a T plug would have tapered thread (pipe thread?) & no provision for a copper gasket at the top while the 3X that would fit a model A or something has straight thread & was sealed with a copper gasket at the top when new.

Nope, not T plugs. They look like this, with 1/2" pipe threads.

Thank you. Nope, they were not a Tapered Thread. I will keep checking to see if I can figure out what they are. Thx!

The plug in the top picture looks like 7/8" thread and would be Model A. Most V-8's used a smaller thread.
