It would be prudent to check the adjustment of the fingers on the pressure plate. They are notorious for being out of adjustment, especially if you sent the flywheel and pressure plate out and had them ballanced as an assembly.

The fingers should be adjusted as measured between each finger and the rear surface of the pressure plate between 5\8" and 3\4", 11\16" being nominal.

For an adjustment procedure go to www.ocmafc.com . on the menu at left scroll to "tech Articles" and click. It will bring up a new menu. At the top is my name, click on it and it will bring up a series of articles. Scroll to the one on clutch adjustment and click. You are welcome to download and print out the article or any others you want.

It is the top article, six finger adjustment.

There should be a notched retainer on the end of the pedal shaft that restricts the range of the clutch pedal. Yours could be missing, with a flat washer substitute, or worn so it allows for more travel, or the pin could be missing.
