Default Vendor Great Service

Great service from Bratton's this week.

I needed a small part to get a club member's car running - cost $1.70. I didn't need anything else and didn't want to wait until I needed more parts, so I ordered. The shipping was around $15 for that one part. I called and asked if they could send USPS because I knew the cost would be much less than FedEx. I live close by and knew it would arrive in a day or two. They sent out the part and shipping was $5.50. It was such a small sale that it wasn't really worth their time to accommodate me, but they did anyway. I am a fairly regular customer, so they know I have bought a lot in the past and will buy more in the future, but still noteworthy.

That's the sort of service I like. Well done Mr Bratton.
