Default 15 inch whitewall tires

Are there any American made classic radial tires.Looking for radial tires that have the look of a bias tire.

I'm assuming you're looking for the wide whitewalls. Check out these folks, a family owned company located in South Carolina. A much better consistent quality tire than that other often mentioned brand.
You can usually get them sent to a local Discount Tire store without additional shipping charges.

They do have a 'bias-look' radial.

I've got 2 sets of Diamond Back, one on BFG T/A's and one on Nitto's. Both have been great tires, and the sidewal changes have held up well. Neither are wide whites. I've also got a set of Coker bias look radials on a 32 Ford. Black walls. 8.20 15's and 5.60 15's. They drive great, a huge improvement over the bias Firestone's I had on the 32.

I've also got a set of replacement size Coker radials from my 55 Thunderbird. They're in storage, and at least 25 years old, I won't drive them anymore. But they drove fine for years, and still look fine.

So I'd go back to either of those guys in a minute. You hear about bad experiences but mine have all been good.

As to American made, I never really looked. If Coker and Diamond Back stood behind them, I was ok with it.

.
For whatever it's worth... in Nov. of '18 Coker Tire was sold to a private equity investment group.

Sometimes unfortunately you don't have a choice. For example trying buying trailer tires. I haven't able to find ST rated tires for my trailer that were made in the US.

My BFG T/A' were made in the US, the Nitto's in Japan. BFG is apparently owned by Michelin, Nitto by Toyo. I suspect DB uses a variety of new tires, and undoubtedly some are price point driven.

I don't know how current or accurate this is, but scrolling down you'll find the brands/plant locations for US made tires. They might be foreign companies (like Michelin) but maybe you can find a DB or an other aftermarket source that does whitewalls from an American plant.

I have a set of two "American Classic" brand bias look radial, wide whitewall tires on the back of my '55 Courier wagon. They pretty much match the crappy Coker bias-ply OEM 7.10x15's I still have on the front (they still have a lot of tread on them).
The new American Classics bias-look radial wide whites closely match the OEM overall diameter and tread width of the 7.10x15's. They cost a fortune. I wouldn't have spent that if I had needed all four tires. I just would have bought modern cheapies from a tire-chain store. I do not know where these are made.

I believe Goodyear is producing the Endurance ST line in the USA. Could check with dealer for sure.

I know Goodyear Marathon's are made in China. I just checked the Tire Rack web site and they show the Endurance ST tires are US made. Thanks for the info.
