Default 39 ford 4 door window channels

I am thinking of putting new window channels in my 39 4 door ford how hard of a job is it and are their any special tools i may need and who would be the best vender to purchase the channels from any help in this matter would surely be appreciated thank you. jim s.

Almost all the window channel kits are made by Vintique, Most vendors carry the Vintique brand. There is instructions with the kits and take notes as you remove the old channels, etc. Do one door at a time as it's easier.

These are not too hard to install. You screw them to the garnish mouldings and they fit in small clips on the body. You will need tin snips to trim them as they come longer than needed. On the garnish you can hold them in place using clothes pins as clamps. The are originally installed with staples on the mouldings.
