AR Muffler Clamp?
I noticed my old copy of the JS talks about an early 28 muffler clamp (muffler to exhaust) that was thinner but my new copy doesn't mention it anywhere. Is this because it was a mistake and there is no such thing or was it forgotten?

Re: AR Muffler Clamp?
Chris: I found the same info as you. Says the clamp was unchanged throughout production, but the two bolts went from fine to coarse thread in August of 29.
Hope you are enjoying that roadster on these hot summer days! mike |
