no 3 cyl not firing

hello
before i started to put the frt end on my car i went for a drive ran like a top i puled the fuse from the starter and pulled the gas line from the motor sis not pull anything else i put water in it and fired it up no 3 not firing the motor only has 125 miles on it since rebuild what to i need to look at

Pull the #3 plug and look at it. Is it wet? Is it fouled? Clean it, switch with another cylinder. Did the problem move or go away or is it still on #3?
