We have an engine crank that is badly worn. Anyone make repro- or where can I find a good one??

Bob, There should be lots of them around.
They varied over the years so you need to specify your year. Mark at Model T Haven will have originals; https://www.modelthaven.com/

Are you referring to the engine "crankshaft" or the engine "hand crank" ??????
