The warnings sound ominous. I was just in San Antonio a couple of weeks ago.

Harvey is a cat 4 with 130 mph wind, gusting to 160. 20 to 30 inches of rain. The largest storm to hit the Texas coast in over 40 years. Please pray for everyone from Corpus to Houston.

REPORT ON HURRICANE HARVEY
11:02 P.M. : Reporting from Kingsville, Texas (32 miles south of Corpus). The storm made landfall at Rockport/Port Aransas about 30 miles north of Corpus with winds up to 145 mph and dumping lots of rain (amt unknown). It is suppose to loop back to gulf and make landfall again around Houston. Flooding is a major problem- and major damage reported in Port Aransas. Details have not been given nor known.

Here we have several inches of rain and winds up to 74 degrees. All 3 A's tucked away in their shop. Corpus while not a direct hit has considerable damage also - extensive power outages.

Fortunately folks took this storm seriously and generally prepared well for it.
