lights are fine the way they are but it looks more like a flaw in one of the lens. the flaw does not extend to the outside of the lens.but i would replace the lens if i could find one.the lights look like miniture headlights.i may be able to find one in florida flea markets this winter.

Can't help on the lens, but also the Phillips screw wouldn't be correct for a Model A.

Till you find another, which may be a while, maybe a clear epoxy to fill in the chip. Those lamps may be more common up north but not so much down here. Keep your eye on US ebay too, every so often (not very) they pop up.

i am told these are called fender lights not clearance lights.

In truth they are parking lights. Same as the cowl only on the fenders. Some places required a light being shown to the front and rear after dark on car and trucks parked on the street, same as say, England.

As redmodelt said, clear epoxy might work. I had accessory light lens with a chip and went to my local glass repair place . They had some that worked great--until it crashed to the pavement when when one of the workers drove off in the truck where the lens had been placed on the fender to cure in the sun.

I wonder if the horn cover screw and light adjusting screws would have been Robertson in Canada?

I am pretty sure the fender lights are a different size.
