No, I sure don't. I found in on the 'net and there weren't any others of it. It is an oddball, for sure. Maybe someone else has some history on it?

Do you have any info on this car?
Looks like a Euro Ford. A Koln or Eifel maybe?
They came with small 4 cyls or some had V8's.
Some had an ID badge on the grill. This one may have as well.
