You can try leaving the oil bath cleaner off for a trial run to see if it is restricting air flow.

If you have a lift and can duplicate the symptoms on it, have some one spray some carb cleaner down the carb throat while its bogging. That will tell you if its fuel or not. Also, see if something pulls or moves while you get on it, like a coil connection or wires that are sensitive to movement caused by a pull. Good luck
