We met up Rolling Bones in Erie, Pa. A mostly flathead car show was put on before lunch. Erie PA Flatheads? Joined the festivities. The circus then rolled out to Perrysburg, OH. An evening show was held at the Econolodge.
I am currently having trouble getting pictures to go up. I'll try again later in the trip.

Made it to Altoona, IA. I80 is a mess in IL and IN. We made it unscathed. Tom's roadster is taking the abusive roads in stride. One of the Rolling Bones cars blew out a tire after hitting a pot hole. Another car show took place at the hotel. Pictures later.

Wayno, we will see you on Thursday. Your car looks like a record breaker.

Another 420 miles rolled under the tire of Toms roadster today. Made a stop in Marquette, NE for lunch at Dennis Saum's shop. Many local area cars were present for a good show. We met up with Gary, aka Kylon32.

Tom and I covered 550 miles today. We had 2 minor issues. The worse being the shifter disconnecting itself from the T5 at a stop light. We were able fix it within 20 minutes. The carb could use a change of jets for the high altitude. Otherwise it was a good windy day to cross the plains of WO.

Vic, you would be in FLATHEAD heaven on this trip. Although not necessarily Barn friendly the Rolling Bones cars are extremely well executed. The flatheads in them sound and perform awesumely.

We headed out from Rock Spring this morning at about 9:30. Ignition problems were still plaguing one of the bones cars. That was cured by installing a magneto.
This very nice 32 sedan was in the parking lot for our viewing.

The ride proved to be very scenic.

Some of the cars after arrival in Orem.

Havin' fun on the road.

Old Henry, if you see this and want to meet TomT and me. Send me a PM.

We made it to Bonneville at about mid day.

Tom and I helped with the pit set up. The pit areas need to be broken down each night due to the high evening winds.

It is amazing how flat and smooth the surface is. The salt is fine like table salt.
The stuff gets everywhere. All over the car, in the car and on & under the chothes.

Tom is a very happy man.
