Cool! There are indeed folks / businesses that make things right when a mistake happens. Those are the folks that deserve praise and return business.
Then, there are those that deny, make excuses and ultimately run and hide.

Sounds to me like if your unhappy with a vendor you try to destroy him on the Fordbarn.
