Default Carb question about soaking and cleaning

Other than the PV...can anything inside a 59 carb be deteriorated soaked in lacquer thinner?

I soak carburetors in that or acetate, after completely stripping them.

Power valve will melt the diaphram.
Accelerator pump leather will dry out.
Main valve if it's not metal, but you're gonna replace it with metal anyway.
Nozzle gaskets.
