Default Heater switch

I'm looking for a 4 position heater switch to use in my 47 1/2 ton p/u. Any one know of a place to purchase?

Google "FLM obsolete" web site,thought I saw a couple of them not sure if 4 position or 2. Used from 39 up to 48 I believe. ken ct.
