Default Re: Brake drums. Parts is parts?

Boling Brothers now have drums in stock.
This has been a learning process for me. What I have found is I have a real combination of ingredients. 1932-1936 front axle. 1928-1934 Spring. 1948 Spindles. 1940/'41 hubs and drums. 1942 backing plates. Fortunately the Boling Brothers drums do fit the '40/'41 hubs and not the later hubs that mount on the outside of the drum.
Thanks to all for your information.
My drums are on the way. Life is good. :-)

Glad you got them, and I’m curious too. What’s metal spray?

It is often used on aircraft cylinders. Protects the metal and has good heat exchange.
