Default Coil, original type with spot welded bracket

I need to have my original type coil rebuilt for my '31 Victoria. Can anyone tell me where to get this done? Or alternatively, do you know where to buy one?

As far as I know, they are not rebuildable. If you cannot get a good spark off of a coil, you have to find a different one. Good originals are getting harder to find, but they are out there.

It doesn't matter as long as it original type with spot welded bracket. A reproduction is also acceptable.

The original coils are rebuildable however finding the correct size new winding insert has been the obstacle as of late. The reproduction coil manufactured by Ahooga is currently out of production.

They are out there. Check the for sale section here. I bought a couple last year untested for $5 and both make nice hot blue spark and one even had its dents filled with bondo already. Sometimes ya get lucky.
