Default Good deals can still be found!

I found this zenith at the Fletcher AACA meet at the bottom of a barrel full of junk carbs. It did not look good when I bought it, only paid $10. But after blasting and a new kit the carb works like one for 200 dollars. Also, got to meet some fordbarn forum folks there.

Is that the chunk of rust that was posted here about a month ago?

If it had jets in it with small numbers stamped in them I'd be interested in all the parts you removed.

Sounds like a good deal! A couple of weeks ago I sorted out a bunch of
carbs and found a Tilly and stuck it on the car to find out what kind of attention
it needed and to my surprise it worked fine, just had to adjust the float
level. That one goes under the seat for a spare. I also found a Zenith that
I had already fixed up and it works perfectly. I had completely forgot about
it. It's hell when the mind goes! Congrats on your scavenger find!
