Default Horn motor repair

Hi folks,

There is a guy named Jim Diehl that is supposed to repair horn motors. Talked to him on the phone and he said he would do mine. I sent it to him with up-front money. Haven't heard a word and his phone number is dis-connected.

Anyone know him? He is Michigan. Where is he? Thanks much.

Have you tried sending him a letter?

If your not going rebuilding to fine point standards, then you may consider a brand new horn motor sold by A&L Parts Specialties. It was reviewed in the Spring 2018 issue of "Model A Times". Myself and several other club members have purchased this part and all are working perfectly. Cost is about $100.00.

Finally got through to Jim Diehl and every thing is okay. He is behind due to a death in the family. Thanks everyone.

I've got one also and love it. Put the original away in a box on the shelf and I'm running the A&L Sparton horn. Sounds great really good quality horn. A&L is the best
