Default Cowl patch panels.

I have a question, who were the people at French Lick selling new cowl bands they make and cowl patch panels? Any information will be quite helpful. Thank you.

I think you mean the folks inside the building across from Berg's radiators. I think they are from Ohio, but I don't know their name. I'm pretty sure Rusty Nelson got their name and address though.

Snyder's makes a better cowl patch panel. There are some cheaper ones out there, but they lack the proper contour.

Brent has it right as usual. Ahooga Reproductions make good parts in my opinion, similar to Antique Auto Sheetmetal (Brookville Roadster). Their phone number is: 937 746 7105.

Dale G.

This is Dale A. from AHOOGA A & T.

Brent was correct. We were there. And Tom, you were correct as well. We were the ones inside the building.

We are the only U.S. manufacturer of Cowl Bands for the 30-31 Model A.
And we just started making the Cowl Patch Panels for the 30-31 Model A's about a month ago. We matched them to an original body we have at our shop and, at least from our opinion, they look a lot better than what has been on the market until now. But you all be the judge.
We have them on eBay or you can go directly thru us to get them or one of your favorite dealers. If they don't have them, ask them to get you a set.

I am going to attempt adding a picture of them for everyone to see.

Please feel free to contact us anytime.

And thank you everyone.

For those of us who are 'anal' about wanting to verify them to be correct, you purchase the factory print to verify the shape.
