Default Wheel adapters

City: Id.
State: Id.

Anyone have a pair of wheel adapters. 5 on 5 1/2 wheel to 5 on 4 1/2 drum?

Also: pair of International pickup wheels, inside nubs for a Ford hubcap, 5 on 4 1/2.-- Centers only would be O.K.

I have a set of 4 wheel adapters that I believe are correct. They were on an F1 pickup and I will need to check the bolt pattern on the small side.
