Default Cab to frame insulators

I am building a rat using a 35 car front frame and home built rear. My cab is a 33 truck. How are you guys attaching the cabs to the frames? is it hard bolted or should I make an insulator?

Most cars use an insulator, A's use belting, others use rubber.

Wood blocks do the leveling and aligning for the doors. The webbing / belting stops the squeaking / rubbing for the splash aprons to fame. Rubber shims are the final adjustment under the wood block and on top of the aprons.

All the body to frame mounting points get the rubber pads, then level from there. Belting was only used between the frame and running board shields also under the front fenders. The wood blocks are used for filler in the channels.
