Default '31 SW Sedan Door adjustments

Restored car with rebuilt hinges, pins, new rubber jamb bumper stops and lubed / correct dovetails, etc. Hood gaps even.
The rear doors are perfect with no rattles, the fronts slightly rattle though infrequently.
When closed, all the doors align with the belt rails, etc.
Should the strikers be moved outward or inward to make better contact with the rubber stops?
Also, there may be some slight metal contact with the top of the doors to the A pillar body jambs but not sure if a rubber pad would aggravate the situation.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Believe it or not, adjusting doors on fordor's is one of the most time consuming, frustrating things, I have been working on mine for quite some time now, a little here...a little there.
I'm not as young as I used to be so crawling up and down under the car is getting very taxing on these old bones.
Going to follow this thread to see if there are any tips for me.
