Raise one right front wheel off the ground, grab wheel by 9 and 3 o'clock and see if there is a lot of movement. Take a look at the Idler Arm to determine if the rubber bushings are kaput. Tell me what you find out.

The LF tire rolled smooth, hand on fender no issues. When the RF wheel was rotated, it is obvious there is an issue, the RF fender was hopping.
The Operators opinion was the wheel is bent. I saw the lower inside wall of the tire with a wobble. I ALSO THOUGHT THE WHEEL WAS BENT.
Are you sure the tire itself is not bad? Switch front tires and see if vibrations moves to other side.

All bushings (idler arm - control arm - PS linkage) must be good. For example if outer tie rods are bad, you will get a front end vibration usually around forty to fifty miles and hour.

If vibration is felt in steering wheel, it is usually front related. Vibration in seat of pants, drive-line vibration.

Much less, with a loose front end, there is no way the front end can be aligned.

Swapping the RF tire & wheel to the LF will likely confirm that the tire itself is defective.
If the wheel spins true but the tire & wheel together wobble when they're off of the car, the tire is the culprit.

BENT!

If the drum is actually bent and will not sit on the hub correctly, that may be the cause of what you saw wobbling. It pushed the wheel out of line.

Swap the tires around, back to front and see how it rides. Where do you feel the vibration? Steering wheel, brake pedal??

Feel in steering wheel or in the driver's seat?

If at speed, if you put it into neutral, does the vibration subside? Does it do it under power and/or coast?

I had a Ford with a driveshaft that was made up of two parts with rubber in the center, anyhow the shaft had come out of faze ever so slightly causing the vibration. My fix was to have a new one peice shaft made and vibration was gone.
