Default 1930 Pickup interior finishes

What was the finishes of the hand brake and gear shift lever? From what I have seen on AA's they are painted black. Is this the same on Pickups?

Area 6, Instruments and controls, pages 7 and 8 covers this. Basically, all Model A emergency brake handles and gear shift levers were plated. The particulars of this are in these pages. And they don't differentiate between cars and pickup trucks, so I assume they are all the same. I would advise that you get a copy of the latest Restoration Guidleines and Judging Standards.
