46-48 convertibles rear fenders

Are the rear fenders on the convertibles same as coupe,tudors or are they different like woodies,deliveries etc...?

The fenders on the convertibles are the same as closed cars. The woodies share with the panel delivery models. The front fenders on the '41 were often not the same. Some were made in pieces, others are solid. When I restored my '47 convertible I found a rear one from a salvage yard which required much repair. The fender trim varies in contour from year to year, as did the taillight openings. New fenders are available for pickups, but I didn't find a source for passenger cars

With respect, I'm compelled to state that panel delivery fenders and woodie wagon fenders are not interchangeable 41/48. They look similar especially at a swap meet when there is nothing handy to compare them to. The fender mounting flange and driver side gas filler door is the tipoff. Bill

Doesn't the '46-'48 Station Wagon's have the gas door on the rear, drivers side fender and the panel delivery did not?

I believe that the Station Wagon fenders are the same shape as the 'Sedan Delivery' with the exception of the left side as the Wagons had a fuel flap but the Sedan Delivery doesn't.

'41 rear fenders may be OK for a '42 but '46-48 are shorter in front of the wheel because of eliminating the running boards. Also '41 OEM front fenders are either 2 or 3 piece. never saw a 1 piece OEM front fender

i believe wagon & delivery fenders have different shaped flanges where they bolt to the body!
