Default Parking brake adjustment?

My parking brake on my '30 town sedan holds O.K. on a flat surface but not so good on my slightly sloped driveway. Is there any adjustment on the parking brake? Is shortening the brake rods an option?

Thanks, J.
I'll try it. By the way, I looked for a thread but didn't find anything.

No worries.

DO NOT cut or shorten the rod in any way.
Take up the slack by turning the clevis ends as described in that post.

If you still aren't happy, chances are the pads need to be replaced.

Here is the original thread:

It's also described in the service bulletins and Les Andrew's book.

j,
I turned the clevis's like advised and the parking brake seems better. I appreciate your help. When I posted that I couldn't find any threads I didn't mean threads on the brake rods. I meant threads on Ford Barn. I wouldn't shorten any rods that Henry designed. Again, thanks for your help and concern.
