Default Brake dust cap removal

Anyone have a good way to remove and install dust cap on front brakes. 1935.

to elaborate on Kens statement, Using a wrench on the square brake adjuster, located top centre of backing plate, simply screw the adjuster all the way in; it will push the dust cap off.
