It looked "semi-Hot Rodded", with Hot Rod type wheels & "probably" a SBC engine. It had a HUGE chain & padlock, draped across the back doors, for "security"---LOL I used to simulate a Tow Chain, wrapped around the rear bumper, on Minerva. It was a HUGE, silvery, plastic chain, left over from Halloween. Bills' Towing
