Default 33 Tudor eliminate spare on the back

What do I need to modify to be able to use a donut spare for my 33 Tudor sedan?

If your spreader bar under the tank cover has not been modified all you need it the cast bracket that mounts on top the tank cover. The original spreader bar has the support for the bracket. Those brackets appear quite often in the classifieds or that auction site.

Here is one. They are 3 listed

Sorry I misunderstood. Where do you want to put that donut spare?

Probably just set it in the back seat.

Remove the bracket and leave the spare tire in the garage and carry your cell phone.

Will the donut fit behind the rear cushion? My tudor had a hinged back cushion. Newc

From what car could I get a donut that fits or will I need some kind of adapter? Has anyone done this?
