Question Is anyone else having this trouble?

When someone attaches a pic/pics to their post I can't get the pic to work. I click on it and all I get is that black box with the little spinning circle thing in the middle & the pic won't come up. Is there some way to cure this or is my computer screwed up? I didn't used to have this problem. I'm running Windows 7. Thanks, Smitty

Try a right click on the black box. Works for me.

Well, I can't post a pic either. But, I use a Macbook. Nothing I try works, I'm as computer illiterate as they come.

That is usually due to your photo file being too large. Get the file below 500k if it's a jpeg, for example, and it will load.

Mine does the same thing as #1 and I also use Windows 7. Mine has done this for the past year or so. I let the thing spin for about 10 seconds, then X it out and click on the picture again, and it opens up.

I'm also no good with computers, and to make it worse, when something works the morons change the program. I have a couple thousand pictures lost in photobucket because they changed to a different host, and I've been unable to get back in.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with this problem. If there is more than 1 pic, clicking through all of them brings them up the second time through.

Best to host the pics in an on line photo album like Flickr or Photobucket. No "clicking" needed by viewers...the pic is right in the post where you want it. Plus it doesn't use up Ford Barn's bandwidth.

Me, I believe you just need a Windows Repair Kit. Check out Ebay to see if they still offer the Service Pack 3 or not. I didn't think I needed such until Windows eliminated my Windows Seven and went to Windows 10 on its own.

The problem with off site storage is if you close or move the files they are lost to future generations of Fordbarners and if you are like me sitting behind a company firewall you can't see them.

Very True. I've read a lot of old posts, and the pictures are no longer there.
