Default Scraping sound when turning 35 ford

Hi guys; noticed a metal to metal sound when turning on my 35 ford.
Removed brake drums found brake shoe metal scraping inside brake drum on both sides. Cleaned and inspected , repacked wheel bearings. Bearings had correct adjustment. ( not loose). Springs are all on, no obvious problem.
Any ideas?

My first idea is mixed-and-matched parts. Any chance you can send good pics of front and rear of the brakes?

How many miles have you put on the car?

Backing plates may be worn where the shoes ride . Backing plates are bent . Check the wheel bearings adjustment. JMO.

Bent backing plate or maybe shoes out of spec . Lining not centered and too much on the onside leaving exposed metal ? Just guessing.
