This will be my 39th year. I plan to attend and help set-up a few days prior to opening.
Up to 1997, I only had to travel 3 miles to the fairgrounds. I now travel close to 300 miles but wouldn't miss it.

Some day I'd like to go there to watch the antique aircraft. Wonder if they still have them

Ol' Ron, Don't know if the Aerodrome is still operating. Cole Palin died some years ago and some of those that helped keep it going have also passed or gotten too old to fly. I've been to the show several times having lived only a few miles away but haven't thought about it for a while. I'll ask while I'm down there and let you know.

The areodrome is still open, and it's still a nice show when the weather is good.

Flew my old J-3 in and out of there back in the early 60's when they were just getting started, it was an eventful day to say the least.
