Hi, looking for ideas on how to replace the running boards on my Tudor. I know I have to lift the body to replace the 1 piece apron/running board. The car was restored 40 years ago by my father. Paint is still good so don't want to scratch it

It looks like you have it figured out. Thats how I would do it.
